The logo is an abstraction of the lightbulb associated with ideas, with casual freestyle strokes. The name of the business is clearly stated and the dots at the end of each word signify that each word has a specific meaning in the general culture of the business.
The main messages of the brand are: Think People, Think Culture and Think Talent, which encapsulates their mission and what they provide to each potential client. The Brand colour palette displays a soothing element, along with each human element smiling.
