The In-House Coaching creative concept, branding, and graphic design were developed to increase its exposure in the community and to mark a clear distinction with any other product. The tag line enhanced the difference and rounded the concept: 'IHC: The bridge between where your business is and where it can be.'

About the Project

The IHC program exists to provide guidance and coaching to businesses by having a coach examine every single part of the company and highlight the areas where improvement can be achieved, to take the company to the next level.

Understanding the Audience

This program was exclusively targetted at business owners of medium to large enterprises, who are the ones who would deal primarily with the coach and would approve the expense.

Creating the Visual Identity System

Using images of bridges, whose primary purpose is to connect lands, combining them with pictures of people in motion as a secondary detail to bring the human element to the composition and make it unequivocally unique.

The modified arrow is taken from the UBT logo to help accentuate the text and make it easier to read in all elements.
